RETURNS
You have the right to change your mind and return the item to us within 14 days of delivery of your Products without giving a reason (Does not apply to bespoke orders). To be eligible for a return Items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We request that all items have a high standard of packing for their return journey to our warehouse to prevent them from getting damaged.
We only accept returns in the original packaging. We request that if you open the box to examine the product please do so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 20 Cameo Close, Nottingham, NG4 2BP, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@amwoodcraft.co.uk and send your item to: 20 Cameo Close, Nottingham, NG4 2BP, United Kingdom.
ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
If your order arrives and is not as per the approved summary we will provide a replacement(s) as soon as possible. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery. You must inspect your item upon delivery and report it to us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide replacement parts as soon as possible.
Please note that these cases must be reported within 24hours of a signed delivery.

As some of our products are individually made to measure/made to order they cannot be returned or refunded. We provide a summary of all orders ahead of production.
This allows the customer to make any small changes to the order and ensures that our information reflects your needs. It is the customer’s responsibility to check these. Once the summary is approved, the product is sent to production and therefore no further changes can be made.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
